It  has four wholly-funded subsidiaries: Beijing Bandwise Technology Development Co., Ltd. , Shenzhen Skyray Instrument Co., Ltd, Suzhou skyray-environment Technology Co. Ltd and Shanghai B&C Biological Technology Co.,Ltd. Besides, it also has two share-holding subsidiaries : Fujian branch of Skyray Instrument co., Ltd and  Jiangsu Center Testing Technology Co.,Ltd.
