Tianjin HUADA Garment Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of UNICO Corporation in Japan. Founded in April 1993, the company was located in the Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone under the approval of the Bureau of Commerce and Industry. Featured by large scale, excellent design and rich culture, HUADA has become a key enterprise which experts in uniform design, research and production in Tianjin, a leading garment producer in North China as well as a nationally well-known enterprise.
The company was founded in 1993, and it has become a scientific and technological comprehensive enterprise oriented in design, production and management of occupational uniforms and the business extends including services and fabric operating and processing. The company has a nationwide uniform production base, with five production lines producing all kinds of occupational uniforms, dust-proof clothing, shirts and other clothes, as well as more than 300 sets of special equipments. The level of technical equipment in the domestic industry is advanced, and the annual production capacity is 100 million sets (pieces). And the company also has strong flexible production system of associated outsourcing.
During more than 10 years, HUADA has provides service for more than 300 customers throughout the country. The areas of our customers cover more than 10 provinces, municipalities and autonomous in central, northern, southwestern, northwestern, northeastern and eastern China. The company currently employs 260 people, among which 50 are the technically skilled employees.
The company's leading products include three sections: Japan the senior uniforms of UNICO Corporation in Japan, the custom-made clothes, and various types of labor suits and relative security products. The annual consolidated turnover is up to more than 14 million, and the company's fixed assets come up to more than 30 million. In addition to group customization, HUADA also undertakes a large number of collaborative processing, which leads to a new section of HUADA’s development.
HUADA clothes, the popular brand-name products of Tianjin City, passed the ISO9001 international quality system certification in 2002. In 2010, HUADA obtained the country's industrial production permit. The company also has an excellent management team, , who lead the whole procedures from designing, computing, choosing textile fabrics to business management and marketing, and this senior management team becomes the backbone of HUADA, who led the team to produce a 1 +1> 2 effect obviously.
The company currently has offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Dalian, Qingdao and Guangzhou, specializing in communicating with domestic corporate customers. Uniform R & D center in China is in the process, and HUADA will vigorously promote the culture of uniforms in hope of getting a long-term growth.
