Founded in 2000, Yibin Yuntong Plastic Additives Co., Ltd. is an enterprise specially engaged in the R&D, production and operation of polymer material products with chlorine. The company’s products include CPE, MFA, ACM and CPVC. The major product is CPE. Now it has become a refined chemical enterprise specializing in chemical raw materials and additives. The company’s plant covers an area of 50,000 m2, having over 200 employees. The company can produce 100,000 tons of CPE annually. The sales income is about RMB 1 billion.  

The company’s sales network covers all over China and extends to Southeast Asia, Russia and Middle Asia. The company has been engaged in the exported material processing for quite a long time. Major raw materials are provided by world-famous material suppliers including LG Chem, Lotte Chemical and Samsung Total Chemical. The raw materials are imported from South Korea originally and sent to the factories for processing and production. After that, they are sold overseas. 

The company is the first enterprise in making CPE in China’s middle and western regions, filling the gap of this kind of product in this area. Our products are widely used in hard PVC-U materials, tubes, green building materials, CPE cables and wires, rubber modifiers, ABS engineering plastic fire resistance modifiers, coatings and adhesives. 

Neijiang Production Base can produce 25,000 tons of CPE annually. The production and operation scale has ranked first in the industry for many years. It is the largest CPE manufacturing enterprise in China’s middle and western regions. Yibin production base is located in Yangchun Industrial Park, Jiangan County, Yibin City. The CPE project with the annual output of 100,000 was listed as the key construction project in 2013 by Yibin Municipal Government. The company has established strategic cooperative partner with Yibin Tianyuan Group. The launch of the 50,000 tons equipment in Phase I of the project makes the company’s production scale of CPE rank in the first three positions of CPE in China and the world as a whole. 

For many years, adhering to the principle of “quality as the basis, innovation for development, building Yuntong a famous brand”, the company has been developing continuously. Now the products have secured their leading position in the overarching market in southwestern region including Chengdu, Chongqing, Kunming, Guizhou and Guangxi. Meanwhile, the products are significantly sold to Guangzhou and Shenzhen in the southern region; Hubei and Hunan in the middle region; Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang in the eastern region; Xi’an, Lanzhou and Xinjiang in the northwestern region. It has established complete market channel in southwestern, southern, northwestern, middle and eastern regions and built the good market reputation and impact. In 2011, the company began to explore the international market. The products are exported to Southeast Asia, Europe and America. 

During its practice of production and operation, the company insists on technical innovation. Also, by relying on the innovation in management, it develops greatly recycling economy and energy conservation in order to improve the core competition. In terms of technique and equipment, the company adopts the world leading hanging technology of Hoechst in Germany and DOW Chemical Company in America and uses advanced DCS automatic control and SIS safe and automatic controlling technology. The main process is monitored in the whole range. The world’s leading quality inspection and technical R&D equipment including DSC and Hapro torque rheometer of the American company TA, which has laid a foundation for the good product quality. In terms of R&D, the company has recruited famous professors of Sichuan University to be the technical counselors and established strategic cooperative partnership with Sinopec Yangzi Petrochemical Institute, LG Chem and Samsung Total Company. Also, it works with the polymer research center of Sichuan University to jointly research and develop the application of CPE serial products and sets up the CPE technical center in the company. It has obtained many invention patents and utility model patents. It can develop CPE products of various brands and expand the application of CPE according to different needs of CPE from local and overseas clients. On the basis of growing scale of PVC press modifier CPE, the company has begun to develop the rubber CPE and ABS fire resistant modifier CPE in 2004, becoming one of the few enterprises with the technology of rubber CPE and ABS fire resistant modifier CPE. New CPE products will become the new growth of market in the company. 

For over ten years, the company successively obtained many honors and accreditations from the city, the district and the township as well as financial institutions and partners. In 2012, it was awarded “Neijiang High-tech Enterprise”. In 2006-2007, it was awarded successively “Private Enterprise of Integrity” by the people’s government of Neijiang. In 2006-2011, it was awarded as the merit of assessment for enterprise in Dongxing District, Neijiang for five consecutive years. In 2009, it was awarded as the “Outstanding Enterprise in Production Safety and Fire Control” by the people’s government of Dongxing District, Neijiang city. In 2005-2013, it was awarded the “AA-level” credit grade by the Agricultural Bank of China, Neijiang Branch for five consecutive years. In 2011-2013, it was awarded “AA-level” credit grade by the ICBC, Neijiang branch.
